Description
A true multi-windowed terminal emulator for Android’s internal shell. The shell is a separate computer program with a command-line interface, which is already included with the operating system on your device. The terminal emulator provides access to that command-line interface.
App features:
Enhance your creativity when you see more clearly. Resize and pan windows individually, or just push a button to automatically resize two windows to equally share the screen, in either a horizontal or vertical configuration. Terminal windows include line numbers, and line-printer-paper style alternating background colors, making lengthy shell output significantly easier to read.
A file browser is included, supplementing the terminal emulator, to help explore your device’s file structure. Buttons are preset to three standard folders: the home folder used by the shell, the common home/storage folder (where Download, Movies, Music, etc. folders are located), and the folder representing your SD card (if present). Navigate the folder hierarchy using push buttons, or key-in a folder’s name.
The terminal emulator comes preconfigured with a default .profile file, which is read by the shell on shell start-up. You can use this file as a starting point for your own .profile, if you choose.
